A lot of website designers (mainly in Australia) are not reluctant in signing clients or accepting web design projects before they figure out what they are. But using a survey form the same as a project request form will give you a better understanding who your clients are and what they need and what their budget allows. This eliminates uncertainties and dissatisfaction on both parties and of course a satisfied client will patronize you.
